Authenticity & Product Quality
Yes — 100% guaranteed. Every product we sell is sourced directly from authorized distributors and official manufacturer channels. We never work with grey-market suppliers or third-party resellers of unknown origin. Your purchase is always the real thing, or we will make it right — no questions asked.
Absolutely. All hobby boxes and sealed products ship in their original, untouched factory-sealed condition. We never open, repack, or tamper with any sealed product. If a box arrives with a broken seal or any sign of tampering, photograph it and contact us at info@vaulteracollectibles.com immediately — we will resolve it.
Yes. Our graded inventory consists exclusively of slabs certified by PSA, BGS, CGC, and SGC. Every listing includes the certification number so you can verify authenticity directly on the grading company’s website before or after purchase.
Shipping & Delivery
Yes. All orders are packed and shipped from our US-based warehouse. Domestic customers benefit from faster transit times, and all packages comply fully with US shipping regulations. We also ship internationally — see below for delivery windows.
In-stock orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. Estimated delivery times after shipment:
- Domestic (USA): 5–10 business days
- Canada & Mexico: 10–18 business days
- International: 14–28 business days depending on destination and customs
Once your order ships you’ll receive an email with your tracking number. You can also track your shipment at any time on our Order Tracking page. If you haven’t received a shipping notification within 3 business days, check your spam folder or email us at info@vaulteracollectibles.com.
We’re sorry to hear that. Please do not discard any packaging and take clear photos of:
- The outer shipping box (all sides)
- The damaged product(s)
- The interior packaging materials
Yes. We ship to most countries worldwide. International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and local fees — these charges are the buyer’s responsibility and are not included in our prices. Please check your country’s import regulations before ordering.
Customs processing can add additional days to international delivery estimates.
Orders & Returns
We offer a 30-day return window on eligible items:
- Accepted: Sealed, unopened items in original factory condition within 30 days of delivery
- Accepted: Items delivered with defects, errors, or damage (we cover return shipping)
- Accepted: Incorrect items shipped to you (full replacement or refund)
- Not accepted: Opened packs, boxes, or sets — once a sealed product is opened, it cannot be returned
We process in-stock orders quickly. Contact us at info@vaulteracollectibles.com within 2 hours of placing your order if you need to modify or cancel. Once an order has been packed and handed to the carrier, changes can no longer be guaranteed. For preorder cancellations, see the preorder section below.
That’s our mistake and we’ll fix it at no cost to you. Email a photo of what you received along with your order number to info@vaulteracollectibles.com. We’ll ship the correct item and provide a prepaid return label for the wrong one. We aim to resolve all wrong-item cases within 1–2 business days.
Once we confirm your return is received and eligible, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days. The credit will be applied to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take a further 3–7 business days to appear on your statement.
Preorders
Yes — up to 7 days before the official release date. Preorders cancelled within that window receive a full refund to the original payment method. After the 7-day cutoff we cannot guarantee cancellations, as inventory may already be en route from the distributor. Contact us at info@vaulteracollectibles.com as early as possible if you need to cancel.
Preorders ship on or shortly after the official release date — typically within 1–3 business days of receiving stock from the distributor. We always aim to dispatch on release day when possible. A shipping confirmation with tracking will be emailed to you as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
Manufacturer delays happen from time to time and are beyond our control. When a release date changes, we notify all affected customers by email with the updated timeline. You can keep your preorder at the original locked-in price, or cancel for a full refund. We never charge your payment method in full until your item actually ships.
Payment & Security
We accept all major payment methods including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, and Shop Pay. All transactions are processed through secure, encrypted payment gateways. We never store your full card details on our servers.
Yes. Our store uses SSL/TLS encryption and is fully PCI-DSS compliant. Payment processing is handled by certified third-party processors — your sensitive data never touches our servers directly. You can shop with complete confidence.
Your payment method is authorized at the time of ordering to confirm your spot, but only fully charged when your item ships. You won’t see the complete charge on your statement until your preorder is on its way to you.
