Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for eligible items.
To be eligible for a return:
- Item must be unused and in original condition
- Item must be in original packaging
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Opened trading card boxes or packs
- Graded or sealed collectibles once opened
- Clearance or final sale items
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you.
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Shipping Costs
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless item is defective or incorrect
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
